Pool Filling Intelligence • Assembled in the USA
FillStop
Automated Filling Tool
Ideal for builders and installers, FillStop is portable intelligence intelligence for controlled, risk-reducing pool fills. Stops the water at the exact level you set — so you don't have to be there when it does.
🔒 1-Year Warranty
In Conventional
Pool Fills, you:
✕ Estimate fill time, cross your fingers ✕ Build Routes around return-trip check-ins
✕ Rely on homeowners to shut off water ✕ Create Overflow liability when timing fails
From Timing to Condition-Based Control
The Intelligence Layer
Pool filling has traditionally depended on estimation. FillStop changes the control point — observe the condition, compare it to the target, execute the response.
Step 1: Connect & Position
Connect FillStop between your standard hose and fill extension. Place the sensor at the desired water level.
Step 2: Open the Spigot
Power on, open the spigot, and move on. The fill begins. FillStop monitors independently from here.
Step 3: Continuous Level Monitoring
As water rises, FillStop reads the actual level against the sensor position — not a timer, not an estimate.
Step 4: Automatic Shutoff. Verified Outcome.
When the water reaches the sensor, the fill valve closes. For liner installs, the connected vacuum stops simultaneously.
Intelligent Pool Fills Change Everything
What FillStop Does. How it Fulfills Your Needs.
Unmanaged pool fills are one of the more overlooked sources of operational risk in pool construction and service. Water runs longer than intended. The level passes target. Overflow reaches beyond the pool before anyone gets back.
The traditional answer has been manual monitoring: turn the water on, estimate the timing, and return before the fill goes too far. That works until pressure changes, a route shifts, or the check-in window gets missed.
FillStop replaces that uncertainty with controlled execution and a verified outcome.
Built to Reduce Risk. Designed for the Field.
Reduces Overflow Exposure
FillStop stops the fill when water reaches the desired level, reducing risk from missed shutoffs and uncontrolled runoff before they become customer problems.
Eliminates Return-Trip Dependency
Technicians no longer have to stay on-site or build the route around coming back to stop the water. Start the fill. Move to the next job.
Protects Liner Installations
FillStop can shut down the connected liner vacuum when the sensor condition is met, protecting both liner and process simultaneously.
Standardizes Fill Outcomes
The same process repeats across gunite, fiberglass, and liner installations with less variation between technicians and jobsites.
Protects Liner Installations
FillStop can shut down the connected liner vacuum when the sensor condition is met, protecting both liner and process simultaneously.
How it Works
The Intelligence behind our Technology
Pool filling has always had a weak point: someone starts the water, and someone has to return at the right time to stop it. FillStop connects those two moments.
Simply place the sensor at the level where the fill should stop, power the unit, and open the spigot — your pool fill begins. As the water rises, FillStop monitors the level at the sensor. When the water reaches that point, the fill valve closes. For liner installations, the same sensor can stop the connected vacuum, bringing the fill and vacuum process under one coordinated response.
That is the practical application of H2flow’s intelligent water control: the system reads what is happening, responds to the condition, and delivers a controlled result. Your pool fill ends when the right conditions are met. Whether someone returns on time no longer matters.
Condition-Based Control. From First Connection to Verified Shutoff.
Fill speed can change with water pressure, hose conditions, or jobsite variables. FillStop does not rely on a time estimate. It stops the fill based on the actual water level.
Key Intelligent Design Features
✓ Power supply: 120VAC
✓ Enclosure rating: NEMA 3 / IP44 — rated for outdoor and jobsite environments

✓ Dimensions: 14.625" × 11.25" × 6"
✓ Weight: 8 lbs — portable enough for single-person jobsite transport
✓ Condition-based shutoff — valve closes on actual water level, not elapsed time
✓ Liner vacuum output — stops connected liner vacuum simultaneously at sensor trigger
✓ Redundant failsafe protection — system accounts for sensor failure or power loss
✓ No permanent installation required — fully portable, self-contained, reusable across jobsites
✓ Compatible with: gunite, fiberglass, and liner pool installations
✓ 1-year warranty against manufacturer's defects
✓ Assembled in the USA using globally sourced components
Every Scenario. One Controlled Outcome.
-
First Fill
Construction
New gunite, fiberglass, or liner installations leave little room for error. Fill times can shift with variable supply pressure and flow rates. FillStop tracks the rising level and closes the valve at the set point, regardless of how long the first fill takes.
✓ Verified Endpoint
-
Multi-Stop Service Day
Service
A technician starts the fill and moves to the next job. The route changes, but the water keeps running. FillStop continues monitoring independently and completes the fill without requiring a return visit.
✓ Route Efficiency
-
The Missed Check-In
Exception
A call runs long. Another stop takes longer than expected. The planned check-in window disappears. FillStop ends the process at the correct level, so the outcome does not depend on when someone gets back.
✓ Consistent Execution
-
Slow Fill Condition
Low Pressure
Low supply pressure, a kinked hose, or partial restriction can stretch the fill beyond the expected timeline. FillStop continues reading the water level regardless of fill rate and shuts off only when the target is reached.
✓ Reduced Return Visits
-
High Flow Condition
High Flow
Unexpected pressure or a higher-flow source can shorten the timing window dramatically. FillStop detects the level reaching target in real time and shuts off before the fill becomes an overflow event.
✓ Overflow Risk Reduction
-
Liner Installation Control
Liner
During liner installs, FillStop can stop the connected liner vacuum when the water reaches the sensor — protecting both the liner and the process simultaneously at the correct water level.
✓ Liner Protection
What Changes with FillStop on the Job
For pool professionals and water engineers
Better route economics. Fewer callbacks. Less liability exposure. Across every role in your operation.
-
Fills run alongside the rest of the schedule instead of forcing the day around check-ins, return trips, and manual shutoff windows. The route becomes more predictable by default.
-
More consistent fill outcomes reduce callbacks tied to missed shutoffs, uneven execution, or preventable customer issues. Fewer exceptions mean fewer escalations.
-
Overflow and runoff exposure are reduced because the fill ends based on actual water level — not the hope that someone returns in time. That is a meaningful operational risk reduction.
-
The process no longer depends on estimating fill time or remembering to return. The system tracks the condition and shuts off when the target is reached — independently.
-
Fewer exceptions mean fewer escalations, fewer explanations, and less time spent resolving preventable fill-related problems — at every level of the organization.
-
Fewer non-billable visits, fewer corrections, and less wasted labor improve route economics without adding staff or restructuring the team.
